This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share when you join the Coteem launch waitlist at coteem.com. We keep it short and plain because right now we collect very little.

That’s all. We don’t ask for your name, phone number, or payment details on the waitlist.
We process your email on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see “Your rights” below.
We use trusted service providers that act as our processors and are bound to protect your data:
We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.
Our providers may process data outside your home country. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your email until Coteem launches in your region and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, we remove you promptly.
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its processing; receive a copy (portability); and withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe, and withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. To exercise any right, email support@coteem.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In Finland, that is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA:
The only personal information we collect falls into the “identifiers” category (your email address) and limited “internet or network activity” (your approximate country, derived from your IP address at signup). We do not sell or share your personal information — including for cross-context behavioral advertising — and we do not use it for profiling. To exercise any California right, email support@coteem.com and we will respond as required by law.
The Coteem website uses only essential, functional storage needed to operate the waitlist form (for example, remembering that you already signed up). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) may set strictly-necessary cookies for security and performance. A short notice on the site lets you record a cookie preference; if we ever add optional analytics, we will honor that choice before loading it.
Coteem is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy as the product develops. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
